It is important to list a new mandate with top quality photos or you might lose potential buyers. These photographs includes the basics like rooms, communal spaces, bathrooms, garden and outside areas.
My fees are as follows:
R500 for a property under R1.8mil
R600 for a property between R1.8mil and R4mil
R700 for properties over R4mil
Service includes:
1 hour shoot, basic editing, high-res digital files.
Additional time is charged per hour or part thereof @ R500

You spend a lot of time and effort to create the perfect accommodation for holiday goers and tourist. Why not showcase your establisment with stunning photos that captures the features, details and overall feel of your property.
I usually spend a morning or afternoon at your premises or a full day depending on the size and scope of images needed. As an added extra I do a walk-through video of your property free of charge. We can even edit the video with your logo and contact details at an additional cost.
